Such a happy Halloween!

I have the cutest boys ever, if I do say so myself. We re-used costumes from 2 years ago this year. I spent a lot of time on those and I really like the idea of having the complete Wizard of Oz. Well, almost complete. L wanted me to dress as Dorothy, but I got lazy. So this year we only had to make L's costume. It ended up being really easy and I actually got more compliments on it than the other two (that were completely from scratch.) We went to Boo at the Zoo a couple days before Halloween and played carnival games. The boys had a blast. M had fun dressing up and mostly watching during trick-or-treating. He wanted to put his candy in the baskets.

J was afraid the zookeepers would think he was a real lion.

L said, "it will look good when I march."

High School Senior Photographer

I am proud to say this was my first high school senior! My husband and I have known this young lady for all of her high-school days. Ms. D and I braved the Texas summer heat. We ran all over the place and she changed outfits many a time :) But it was all worth it. You look beautiful D!

Benbrook Child Photographer

This is real life. These are my boys and I tried this shoot solo in about 10 minutes. So with no one else to get their attention, M ready for a nap, and J grumpy, I got 1 looking. Maybe 1 1/2. Where is J looking? We will have take 2 maybe tomorrow. I can do better.

Well, thank you little man. I would like a flower.

Mr. Uncooperative. Really 2 Mr. Uncooperatives if you count M

Well, I think technically two are looking, but M doesn't have the best expression. :)

He is my photogenic one.

I got him to smile. So cute when he's not pouting.

And I couldn't get this one to smile either. But with horns like those, I didn't try too hard.

Outfit idea

This is what I have planned for our family's photo session. Everyone will have jeans, except my one year old who has pants that match the older boy's hats. They didn't have a hat small enough for the youngest. I think it will be fabulous!

MCP contest Before and After

So I'm trying to win a set of actions. I can do this by entering a before and after picture showing how I used some MCP actions. I lightened this photo in ACR, then applied Mini Fusion with Pink Cadillac all at 75%. The before is on the left on the after is on the right. I think that's obvious :) but just in case. You can buy their actions and get some for free at www.mcpactions.com I hope you like this little dancer, Ellie and Jenna.
